Police Vetting

Coordinating and managing the police vetting process for volunteers.

Last updated on 16 Jun, 2026

Police vetting in FundraiserOne ensures that volunteers meet required safety and compliance standards before engaging in activities. The process involves collecting necessary personal information from volunteers, securely submitting vetting requests, and tracking their status within the system.

FundraiserOne supports the administration of police vetting by centralising records, linking vetting status to individual volunteer profiles, and enabling organisations to monitor approvals, expirations, and renewals. This helps ensure that only appropriately vetted individuals are assigned to roles, maintaining compliance with legal and organisational requirements while safeguarding participants and communities.

Access the Police Vetting section via the Vetting tab within the Volunteers tab for a contact. From here, you can track progress and set anniversary dates.

Viewing Volunteer Lists

Volunteers can be accessed from the Volunteers section under Services menu. This view displays all volunteers, and the list can be filtered to show only the information users want to see.

This is a useful area for reviewing upcoming police vetting statuses and next vetting dates.
